Just a short note to let you know that I have been “under the weather” for the last 3 days. It feels like a cold or flu. There’s no temperature, just uncomfortability…
The “sense” I got from is that it is a result of going through and trying to sort out many old items (photos), that my parents have kept in this house for about 5,798,003 years.
I’m going to have to just let go of all those old things, I feel. It is holding me back from rising above those old, stuck family energies.
I may end up finding and keeping just a few photos, but this process of going through photos from the past 5,798,003 years just is not working for me.
I’m done.
So right now I will lie down in bed (again), sleep as much as my body cares to, and release the “past items”. Holding on to them is not going to work for me.
