That lays it out pretty clear. No I do not want to deal with the 3D at this time.
Another small car issue “popped up” (a “squeal” which must be dealt with, at some point), but there is no way that I’m doing anything about it now. I was very “worn out on the inner” after trying to correct it last night.
Then today a “drowsiness” kicked in that kept my body in bed from maybe 12 midnight to 12 noon. And whenever I wanted to get up (bathroom break) my body experienced a strong dizziness. This happened at least twice last night.
So later on, after arising, the ‘Don’t want to deal with 3D anything‘-ness kicked in. Thank the Universe for that. So I chose to follow that Higher Inner Guidance and go back in to the bed, and meditated for a couple hours.
After a morning afternoon smoothie and a walk (in 30 degree temps), my body felt more “at home” and “at Peace”. So here we are.
While making my smoothie, I felt reminded to listen again to Lorie Ladd’s video, “Physical ASCENSION symptoms NOW” (related Kp blog post). Some of what I experienced, she spoke about. Especially helpful was the reminder to “Listen to the Body” and follow the instructions.
Well, I listened to mine, and apparently, we’ve passed through another Ascension phase.
