First off, I’m not any kind of “Ascension expert”. But I do know that releasing the past (including old paradigms, emotional attachments, etc., etc., etc.) is an important part of Light-ening up so that our vibrational state may rise.
And it seems that along with this, as our Vibration rises, more items requiring release will be brought to our attention.
Several I know have been experiencing occasional “pain moments”, in various parts of the body. I had one of those today and over the past 2-3 days. Thanks to some Reiki, it appears those “pain moments” have passed. We shall see.
There are many times when I’ve gone through “emotional challenges” while living in my current Big Island location. And I’ve been confronted with fears that I would possibly have never faced and released had I lived elsewhere. A couple of these items are still being exposed and going on, in one way or another, but once again, I’m allowing the releasing of those items and experiencing the joy following the recognition of those releases. Many times I was not aware the “release” had taken place, until well after I’d first recognized the challenge.
There is likely one more “major” one that will be addressed at some point, but more on that later (and possibly nothing on that, later).
All I can say is that we are in a time of apocalypse (unveiling) of anything we are here on planet Earth to release, and it will continue, until we are finished.
