Many know that this blog (and I) revolve around coffee. So lately I’ve been trying a few blends with “stuff”, partly arising from things I’ve heard that others did. The above is a blend of Kauai coffee to which I added about 1/2 Tb butter (mine’s organic) and 1/2 Tb coconut oil (mine’s organic), plus maybe 1/4 tsp of cardamom. Delicious!
Poured boiling water over the grounds plus other ingredients, let sit 4 minutes, then stirred vigorously with a chopstick. Then enjoyed the foam and the flavor.
Because of this, the blog can continue!
