Kp Message 9-12-17… “Challenge to sleep”

I’ve been having a very challenging time the last few nights just getting to sleep. Something’s going on. Energies feel very “high”, like they’re unable to “rest”.

Not sure if others are getting this symptom, but it seems like I am.

I’m just going with the flow and getting up to watch something educational or fun and allowing it to pass.

It’s just something I noticed the last few nights.
