AFTER ALL IT IS AFTER THE JULY 4 HOLIDAY, AND WORK WOULD BEGIN ON 5TH WITH MANY IN HANGOVER MODE, SO REALLY IT WOULD BE THE 6TH BY COMMON SENSE.
