THERE IS NOW MUCH WORK TO BE DONE IN RESPECT OF DOING THE INITIAL DISBURSEMENTS DONE, THE OFFICE UP AND RUNNING, AND BEGINNING THE FUNDINGS. THE FINANCIAL PART IS DONE, AND WE ARE SWITCHING TO THE PROJECT SIDE.

IT WILL NO BE LONG BEFORE WE ARE FULLY AT SPEED AND GETTING THE PROJECTS UNDERWAY. SO FAR, THERE ARE OVER 3,000 ODD PROJECTS THAT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. EACH ONE WILL HAVE ITS MERITS ASSESSED AS TO THE DESIRABILITY AND EFFECTIVENESS AND GET FUNDED AS APPROVED.

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE WE HAVE IS THE STAFFING. WE REQUIRE SO MANY PROFESSIONALS IN ALL FIELDS TO TAKE CARE OF THE LOAD WE WILL HAVE, THAT IT WILL BE A CONSTANT SEARCH FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE…I CAN SEE THIS COMING. I JUST PRAY THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP UP.
