Now… about those “New Republic” Flags pointed out in the FULL ARTICLE Benjamin Fulford 9-6-16…

From the full 9-6-16 Ben report, Ben writes,

“In fact, in a clear sign things have already changed, flags of the Republic of the United States of America were clearly visible in the background of a speech Obama made in China at the end of the G20 meeting. This can be confirmed in the first seconds of this video.”

Yes, I know that Ben pointed this out, and many of us surely would love to see indicators of the presence of the “New Republic”, but apparently the “no-fringe flag” deal is not one of those indicators. I went back and found a few previous G20 Obama speeches (YouTube) and snipped these “flag shots” (in chronological order).

None of them have a fringed flag. This Wikipedia page says this: “Traditionally, the flag may be decorated with golden fringe surrounding the perimeter of the flag as long as it does not deface the flag proper. Ceremonial displays of the flag, such as those in parades or on indoor posts, often use fringe to enhance the appearance of the flag.”
