My sense is, if you look at the two parts of this, “En-” (to cause (a person or thing) to be in a condition or state) and “-traction” (the act of drawing or pulling, esp by motive power; the state of being drawn or pulled), we have this…

The “causing(s) to be drawn or pulled” are fully removed. Energetically. Namely, enough are waking up (have waked up) in consciousness that they are energetically removing themselves from those “old paradigms” of being “drawn or pulled” in (unconsciously) to concepts, paradigms (e.g., by attachments to gurus, churches, systems of thought, etc.), that do not serve Higher Self.

“Final ‘old paradigm grid point’ removal”… could that possibly have something to do with the Vatican? Something to look at, at least.
