KP message from Bella Caffé, in Park Rapids, MN

There is a lot happening here at the moment. In particular, at this particular moment, I am in Bella Caffé in Park Rapids, Minnesota. I like this place (Internet search or Yelp that to find out more… they are minus website). And I do like their mocha. The one below has chocolate whipped cream on top. And their wifi is a “non-BS-no-password-necessary”, which I like (and see the video from here, below, at the bottom).

I like Park Rapids as well. This feels like my kind of place. And it gets cold here as well. I used to live in the Twin Cities, and while I was there, I must say I enjoyed the cold weather… the snow, the ice, the ice hockey, the running in -30 F wind chill… Heaven…

So what’s been going on with moi (me) since the post about my mouth challenges? Well, first, my deep gratitude to all of you who have sent love, light, and all that healing energy my way. It’s working. I’ve also been Golden-Key-ing (Internet search that) and drinking MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) the past three days. My okole effluent has been rather intense and higher than normal volume these past days. But clearing is happening.

This whole period of being up here, and going through the tooth and mouth thing, I believe was meant to get me into a body-cleansing mode, as well as Spirit-cleansing. And resting.

Also it’s connected me with Penny (DR. Penny) in Ohio, who said she’d look at my teeth to make sure all was in order. As I had already intended to make one trip down that way for a mission/ ceremony/ who knows what else, the synchronicity of her contacting me was very clear. And no, I’m not trying to advertise David’s book (but here’s a link to Synchronicity Key, if you’re interested).

So all this stuff going on now… It’s a pisser, sometimes. And that’s the Truth… My Truth, at least. In the sense that I feel I am releasing what needs to be released. And I am moving forward with the cleansing and clearing I’m being asked to do. And be a part of.

Is anyone else cleansing and clearing out there? I feel that what I am experiencing is partly for my self, but perhaps even more, for a group that is also asking for cleansing and clearing. Whatever. All I know is that I must allow this to happen before I move on.
