Perhaps a more appropriate phrase is “Transformation of ‘The Crews'”.

This is “sort of” a channeled message. Whatever “sort of” means. So here goes. Channel open…

“So-called “groups”, “Ground Crews”, “Higher Operational Entities”, are currently undergoing significant transformations. This is to be what some would call “the norm” from this time point forth.

“Encouraged to all, that each stay in a ‘not fixed’ place in mind, in any way, from this time point forth.

“The New Paradigm does NOT support a ‘fixed’ [in-flexible] mind perspective.

“The New Paradigm supports ONLY those who remain in a ‘not fixed’ [flexible] mind perspective.

“We humbly submit these comments for your consideration.”
