This is the fourth installment (of five) of “David Wilcock’s Annotations” on his “interview with Ben Fulford” article. As I mentioned in Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3, I’m presenting here, in several bits, what really stood out from his annotations, from my perspective (the “[]”ed parts).

So here’s what stood out in this next part of David’s article annotations. Especially important to note that David says, “There is extensive evidence that the ETs will not allow them to nuke innocent civilians…” And clearly ETs have enough resources to do what needs to be done to protect this planet as much as possible, within the bounds of their directives. Honestly, I still do not see how other energetic type devices could not also cause the “blowing up”.
Besides, are we all on such a “need to know all the details” basis? (that’s for another article)

Who did the underground bases, in your estimation? Who nuked them and why? Does it have any relationship with this meeting in Monaco?
BF: Yes. It was Pentagon white hats saying to the elite, “You’re not going to destroy the surface of the planet and escape yourselves. If you’re going to destroy the surface of the planet, you’re going to destroy your families too. You’re not going to escape.” They made it very clear to them that they are not going to be able to initiate some kind of nuclear holocaust and be able to get away with it.
