2012 – A Message of Hope… One of the Most Inspiring Videos I have ever seen

Thanks so much to Daniel for sharing this link with me. This is undoubtedly one of the most inspiring videos I have ever seen. It harmonizes beautifully with the last two messages. I thought I’d have a lot more words to add to this, but they are not coming to me now. Just watch this, if you feel so led.

Oh, now it came to me. I know this is partially about the power of meditation. I’m not going to technical here. But I can tell you that in my experience, “meditation” does not mean sitting in a certain pose for hours, or even minutes. It can be that, but I find it to be much more than that. In my mind, every single moment of every single day is a meditation. Every moment we are at peace, is a meditation that uplifts this planet, and the Universe. So enjoy this 25 minute video with (or without) this in mind.
