Kaho’okahi Kanuha was found “Not Guilty” by the court today for his actions on Mauna a Wākea last year. Well, he never was guilty of anything except protecting the `Āina. Here’s the text from this FB posting…

Lā 289: Kahoʻokahi gave his testimony in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi this morning at the Third-Circuit District Court in Waimea with an interpreter for Judge Takase for his 2nd Mauna Kea arrest on June 24, 2015. He challenged the case against the charges of obstruction with no representation but himself and his kupuna. In the end, the court found him NOT GUILTY. E ola ka ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi.
