Okay, I’m not quite sure what is meant by “Halifaxes”, but my sense is that it is some kind of a “Light Battalion”. The Halifax regiment was the name (for a period of time) of one of the Duke of Wellington’s forces. There are also “Halifaxes” in Canada, England, and Australia, and it is also a banking chain in England. Could it be that these countries and banks are turning their courses and “coming to the rescue” of humanity?
