How are you this beautiful weekend? … My peeps on the other side have been teaching me some great lessons and I have felt they may be boring to you or your reader, lots of updates and energetic shifts.

HOWEVER, I just sat and received such a lovely message that I thought I would share it with you. Post it if you feel it’s beneficial or enjoy for yourself. 🙂 The authors of the message are my dear friends, God and Rabios.

Rabios is a teacher of many profound lessons for my spiritual growth. When I see the two of them coming through for a message I sit a little straighter and stay on task for their lovely heart felt words. With so many souls experiencing ‘ascension symptoms’ I thought this message may give some understanding and relief. As we get ready here in the states to celebrate our independence day, I was thinking how nice it will be to one day celebrate our global independence day….Soon I feel!!

Hello Rabios & God.

Hello Suzy, we are here today to give this message on the belief of ascension.

Ascension is both the de-materialization of the body and the elevation of frequency to the vibrational level of God. In the case of Gaia, her vibration is shifting to fifth dimensional understandings. Never before on Earth has this occurred and when it completes the process, humanities vibration will shift as well. This is the beingness of now. The process of ascension is the process of enlightenment.

In this very special time on Gaia, the evolution of the heart energy and the DNA are manifesting for the purpose of growth on a level imagined as the divine experience of human kind. This allows for the linear experience to finish and connect to a reality of growth for the souls who chose not to ascend at this time. No longer will there be the understanding of duality or war. Those souls who wish to experience the shift of divine energy will know when it is close as their bodies will inform them.

Releasing of third dimensional energy is felt in many ways. It sends signals from the pineal gland to the cells transferring the updated DNA. This expresses the souls desire to transition or ascend with the body intact. THIS is the amazement; we on higher plains are so excited to witness. It was with even more joy and love than even we can imagine that Gaia requested this experience. In the heart, is the love of all and in this all is God.

Your bodies are feeling restless, tired and energized sometimes simultaneous. This lets you know the body is shifting.

In this understanding of your body, assist it in a way that relieves the symptoms. We recommend meditation, walks or music to calm the body.

Opening your heart to love is opening your heart to God. The purpose of the divine human and planetary ascension is to love.
