This “popped out” from someone’s FB page, and when I read it, I found it’s based on this article from HawaiianKingdom.org (posted at Kp blog here). Gavin adds his own comments to this, which I felt were insightful and connecting to the phase we, as a Humanity collective, are going through right now.
One error I discovered, when he writes, “He [Keanu Sai] also mentioned that in 1998, signatures from 21,000 citizens of Hawai’i were petitioned to the government against Hawai’i being officially annexed…”, he is clearly referring to the Ku’e Petition of 1897, not 1998. You may read more here and here.
The other thing I point out is that the current “movement” involves all the peoples of Hawai’i, meaning, yes, those with Hawai’ian family lineage, but also many other beings who have no such 3D bloodline connection. In the Kingdom of Hawai’i, there were many people from off the islands, which were “subjects” of the Kingdom, and who held their loyalty to the Kingdom.

News Special Edition: Hawai’i Holds Their Independence

Politics & Ownership: Update… Hawai’i continues their stance that they are their own government!
This story gets more exciting each week as piece after piece unravels …sounding very good for the Kingdom of Hawai’i to stay it’s own government. By all accounts throughout this article, it seems The Kingdom was claimed illegally by the US government –now there’s a shock, huh?!
“International law prohibits a neutral country from being occupied when two or more other countries are at war with each other. In other words, the United States was prohibited from occupying the Hawaiian Kingdom, being an internationally recognized neutral country since 1854, in its war against Spain in 1898.”
First things first: In 1848, Mauna Kea is named sacred land of the Hawaiian Kingdom. And in 1893, a US Presidential investigation concluded that US insurgents were personally responsible for the illegal occupation of Hawai’i.
Although our President at the time agreed to legally reinstate Queen Lili‘uokalani in 1893, he was unsuccessful due to political bureaucracy from Congress wanting to “secure the Hawaiian Islands as a military outpost in order to protect the American west coast from foreign invasion.”
“Unable to secure a treaty of annexation, the United States Congress unilaterally seized the Hawaiian Islands during the Spanish-American War under what a Senator called a war necessity. [But…] the underlying problem that congressmen at the time knew was that no law of Congress can have any force and effect beyond the borders of the US. In other words, the US could no more annex the Hawaiian Islands by passing a domestic law [then], than it could annex Canada today by passing a domestic law. American diplomats and revisionist historians took measures to conceal this from the world.”

– 1893, US insurgents illegally renamed The Kingdom a self-declared provisional government;
– 1894, Same insurgents renamed themselves to be the Republic of Hawai‘i;
– 1900, By an Act of Congress, the so-called Republic of Hawai‘i was renamed the Territory of Hawai‘i;
– 1959, By another Act of Congress, it was renamed the State of Hawai‘i;
– 1993, “Congress passed a joint resolution on November 23, 1993, apologizing for the illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom government, and specifically called the Republic of Hawai’i ‘self-declared.’ Self-declared means it wasn’t a… lawful government. So if the so-called Republic of Hawai’i was self-declared, then its successors are self-declared as well since the so-called (Territory) and State of Hawai‘i government can claim no U.S. authority if Congressional laws have no effect beyond U.S. borders.”
“Simply said, the Hawaiian Kingdom government was carjacked and merely painted red, white and blue.”

This video immediately below was wonderfully enlightening –please take 15 minutes to watch it, if it so pleases you. Attorney for the Hawaiian Kingdom, Dexter Kaiama, explains in the beginning that all of the contracts currently being used to build this telescope are “null and void.”

This video sparked much more conversation, as we witnessed the people of Hawai’i take a stand and fervently vocalize that they are an independent region not governed by the US.
Kaiama further highlighted how these protests continue to unfold. In fact, they should not be considered “protests” at all, given how respectful and peaceful the Hawaiian people are behaving, as viewed in the video. Said Hawaiians should be highly commended and honored for role modeling to the rest of us how effective actions need to be executed: Standing in their power, in their Truth… calmly communicating and educating the authorities, knowing internally all is in perfect Divine order and timing.
Unlike we’ve witnessed at other more unruly protests, where people yell at law enforcement, pound on their chests, taunting them –not that it’s okay, but it’s no wonder that some of these types of aggressive and instigating protesters get arrested.
Dr Keanu Sai, a political scientist working with Kaiama toward The Kingdom’s independence, wants to be clear that neither Kaiama nor himself are advocating that a telescope cannot be built on the Island. Rather they are standing firm that it cannot be done under current contracts with the US, given the US is not the rightful party to make decisions for the Hawaiian people and what’s best for their land.
He also mentioned that in 1998, signatures from 21,000 citizens of Hawai’i were petitioned to the government against Hawai’i being officially annexed to the US. While a victory, Dr Sai’s point was that this petition was never made public –in spite of the attained 21,000 signatures.
Dr Sai continued by saying that he and his colleague, Kaiama, were motivated to ask the question, “Why didn’t anyone know about these 21,000 signatures?” (paraphrased). After asking that question, more questions surfaced, which naturally lead to more answers …and then again more questions.
He soon learned that this whole issue was clearly unraveling as something much bigger than just the telescope, that there’s much more behind-the-scenes, and that “people now need to do something. And people do something based on their Kuleana (their responsibility).”
This is not a political movement, instead a movement of awareness: “It has no ethnic lines. It has no nationality lines. It has no legal lines; it is history. If anything …it maximizes responsibility. It makes you a better person…. It makes people aware… to stand up and say ‘This is wrong. This is illegal,’” claimed Dr Sai.
And of course, this is the movement and energy that is circling our globe … nation after nation, state after state, individual after individual …standing up to governments saying that what you are doing it not okay. What you are doing violates our sovereign rights. Honor the people over the non-sensical laws, which were instated for the cabal’s personal agenda of keeping money, power, and control to themselves.
Dr Sai made this next statement while acknowledging several dozen people had been unjustly arrested for peacefully making a stand against the illegal maneuvers of our government. “If you’re a police officer, [this movement] will maximize your ability to be a police officer. And if you find out that Hawai’i’s [illegally occupied by your boss, the US government], how do you police without committing war crimes? So this is not a matter of creating chaos. No, this is just becoming aware that it’s ALL chaotic.”
Yes, I’ve described our world many times as “upside-down,” and that’s exactly what I’m referring: “It’s ALL chaotic” in our slice of history (generalizing to make a point). It’s chaotic, as evidenced by aeroplanes flying into buildings; by shootings and bombings all around the globe; by famine, war, and poverty pervading; by corruption and scandals day after day in our mainstream news; by federal government entering legalized states arresting, prosecuting and sentencing legal medical marijuana patients; by the continuation of laws being passed that strip away our God-given rights and freedoms, etc.
This prior quote by Dr Sai continues to trigger me deeply (in a good way), as I identify with him as a fellow LightWorker, who recognizes the discrepancies within our current system, AND has the courage to verbalize them publicly bringing attention to that which drastically needs change. Thank you, Dr Sai!
Furthermore, Dr Sai is acknowledging the ethical lines that surface within when doing a job that one whole-heartedly believes in, and yet at times in our lives, are faced with new revelations about our job, about our employer, or about our government, for that matter, that are out of sync with our integrity.
And this, my friends, from my understanding, is partly what this whole revelation revolution of our Awakening is about: Coming to terms with how we’ve been deceived over the centuries –and are still being deceived on this very day by our controllers, who should not even be “controlling” us to begin with, if this were an authentic democracy, right?
I do know that when the other shoe falls… when the levy breaks and it’s finally revealed the grand scale of deception we’ve been forced to live, people will be severely angry and feeling betrayed –understandably. Yet, what is also expected from us –as we step into more and more Light, taking full responsibility for our current situation upon Lady Gaia– we are not expected to retaliate, not expected to feed into the chaos by creating anarchy and backlash against our controlling cabal and puppet politicians.
We are expected to rise above, and embrace the Light of forgiveness, acknowledging that the cabal is simply a piece of ourselves (lost, misled, sadistic, inhumane) that we are actively healing within our collective consciousness.
That does not mean they won’t be held responsible for their crimes against humanity, that just means that WE do not have the right to inflict personal harm. They will have their own conscience and karma to deal with –which is much worse than any of us can possibly do to them. Further, if we were to act out against the cabal, then we have just created more karma for ourselves to live out –making it that much harder and more complicated to Ascend.
Do not stoop to their level. Do not let our own rage and feelings of betrayal ruin our chances of eternal life and peace within the Higher Dimensions –they are not worth it. They are certainly not worth staying in the 3rd Dimension for another 26,000 years!
Thank you Mother Theresa, Ghandi, MLK Jr and the like …and the people of Hawaii for demonstrating the way toward peaceful reform.
