KP Message 12-2-14 0200… Very "Difficult" Energies…

I’m experiencing what I have to call “difficult” energies. At least, personally. Often when I’m involved in some of these, others are as well.
The pain and discomfort in my left heel became almost unbearable for a very short time. I put some heat on it, and performed an energetic adjustment, and it feels more comfortable. But this thing has brought up a body fear… rather, “My body’s not working right and there’s nothing that’s going to help” fear.
I’m not putting too much energy into this. But it felt very intense an hour or so ago. And was right in front of my consciousness.
As more comes in, more will be revealed.
At the moment, I feel rather sick of posting all of the “crap is happening here and there and everywhere” articles. All that is not for me at the moment.
Where will this all be going? I’m not sure. I’m just taking one moment at a time, and making no plans for anything.
