This is the “important announcement coming” which Charlie Ward mentioned (see this Kp blog post). And I see this as, in part, a way to help “call attention to” (and call out) the grievances to which the planet has been subjected, particularly in the past couple years.

I’ve glanced through a few parts of it, and I can say that it lists quite a few of the more recent “grievances” the people have expressed about the ds actions. The idea, as I understand it, is to list everything so it is out in the open.
[I’d be interested to know what Anna von Reitz had to say about this (America: Some Assembly Required), particularly the terminology.]
