Well, this struck me strongly, for some reason, partly because of the analysis this person, Former Military Intelligence Officer, Seth Keshel, has been putting together re: the 2020 election (and thanks to LL for sending the original link).
He has put together a map of likely EF* in each state and county, via “analyz[ing] the trends of voter registrations versus actual votes”. Fascinating results, and it is certainly an indication of what I was talking about in the prior Kp videos playlist blog post.
