Kp Note 10-29-20…. Extremely “unsettled” at the moment

That’s all I can say right now. Something energetic is going on that feels very very uncomfortable. The body’s had a challenge to rest, the mind is trying to “race” around everywhere.

Right now I’m back in bed just wanting to fall asleep. We’ll get there.
