I cannot explain much about this video, which is actually the first of a series, which may be found at the :WAR-CASTLES. YouTube channel. And yes, the semicolons and periods etc., are significant. I’ve heard of this sort of thing before, but apparently this series of videos clarifies what was done. Syntax is important.
