Na'i_Aupuni_Really_2So as a result of what was reported in Part 1, Na’i Aupuni put out this announcement, and this letter to the candidates, stating what appears in the title.

The last post in this series of four, will highlight an article by Dr. Williamson Chang (of University of Hawaii) explaining the “problems” behind this.
