[This relates to the TRO request submitted on 7-6-15.]

[7-7-15 9:23 AM] This morning I filed a supplemental declaration bringing to the Federal Court’s attention actions being taken by the Office of Mauna Kea Management and the Department of Land and Natural Resources. I am waiting to hear from the Court.

[7-7-15, 11:24 AM] I have received notification from the court that a status conference is now scheduled before Judge Derrick Watson at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning. I will be returning to Honolulu to participate in person, rather than by telephone. For those in Honolulu wishing to attend, the Federal Court House is located at 300 Ala Moana Boulevard.
