6-3-15… “Kingdom of Hawai’i Supreme Court Issues Order granting Declaratory Judgements in Mauna a Wākea Litigation”

The Chief Justice of the Kingdom Supreme Court, Jennifer E. Pawlowski, issued her Order regarding the petitions that were before her seeking declaratory judgments on issues of importance in the Mauna a Wakea litigation taking place in State of Hawai’i courts (see this post, and this document).

This is a significant development, in that it demonstrates that the Kingdom of Hawai’i not only exists, but has a functioning judiciary, and is a fully functioning entity.
