The immediate message that “came through” to me from this one, was about the last line (“Stellars are now in full-assist mode“), which I “got” refers to those of the “Sphere Alliance”, of which GoodETxSG speaks, as well as some connection to the Andromeda group.
Also the next to last line implies that “full awakening” of “the masses” might be “imminent” (and do not ask me what that means… I do not do “time frames” anymore).
