Day before the “hurricane” comes to Big Island, but looks like winds in Kona will only be about 35-50 mph.
This is a “big” event, though, energetically. We have two tropicals, one after the other, one female, “Iselle”, the other male, Julio. These represent winds of change for Hawai’i. And in a balanced way.
Divine Feminine comes first, and is the receptor for the seeds to be sown by the Divine Masculine. I’ve read where “Julio” means son of Jove. In this case, I see “Jove” representing Joy (like, “Jove-ial”).
Divine Joy is being seeded here. And the Kingdom (of Hawai`i) follows.
