Carl does mention the Ukraine situation, early in this video, as well as Venezuela and other countries’ situations. This was published well before the Ukraine situation mentioned in the Ben Fulford announcement.

Note the last phrase… “the demolition of old structures clears the way for progress”. This is clearly aligned with what I wrote in this post, “this may be the beginning of the end of the ‘old man [men, women] dressed in animal skins’ (the FRS, Rothschilds, Rockefellers, central banks, etc.), and the start of ‘a new year festival representing the expulsion of the old'”. Hmmm….
