The intensity of these Energies (whatever they are) feel somewhat smoothed out today. Although I have sensed things going on in my feet the last two days, and still, in this now moment.
But I feel that the “intens-er” stage has passed, and today we are in a new, Lighter, phase.
That’s all I have for now.
