This is big, folks. The new parts, Sections 8, 9, and 10 (10 = comments), are out.
[UPDATE 2-9-12 1244 HST: There’s actually 4 new sections, The Evidence is Irrefutable (7), The Interviews (8), Closing the Doors — Cease and Desist (9), Comments (10).
PLEASE NOTE: The Comments (10), is much more than comments… there is additional reading there that I highly recommend. I’m adding one more post for that, right now (1254 HST).

I am still in the process of reading this, and post a few highlights. I found the discussion between David and Neil Keenan, at the very end, to be most moving this morning. This is big, folks. I’ll likely be updating this post as I read more, or post more highlights later, after I’ve surveyed the whole new document.
