I suppose I should rather entitle this, “Why am I upset???” But I know that often when I “sense” things for/within myself, I later discover that many others are noticing the same thing(s) within Them-selves.
Now when these come up, I almost always realize immediately that these upsets are causing me to pay attention to something that is mine to clear. I don’t always know WHY I am having to clear those things, but if it comes to me, I usually get that it is MY responsibility to face it, and release it. Just let go. Sometimes I visualize this by sending the “upset” into the ocean, where it dissolves, into the sun, where it burns up, or into a rose, which I then “blow up” into a zillion sparkles of Light.
There are times when this happens and I know specifically what is being cleared. And that it is specifically for my self…clearing an old karmic pattern, clearing an old unnecessary aspect of a relationship, etcetera. But there are times when the stuff that comes up seems a lot more than just for myself. Like today, watching a news program about how a vote in the Senate on extending unemployment benefits for out of work Americans was postponed… again. Something that could only stimulate the U.S. economy in these “struggling” times for many. The voice inside said something like, “How can these ‘senators’ be so cruel and seemingly heartless? What a bunch of hosers!!” (“hoser”, a not-really-Canadian term meaning something like a trickster, or thief) (to me, it means “a$$h@#e”). (1)
Somehow this “upset” I felt was for much more than just myself. Many many others are feeling this as well. “How is my life going to work out? What’s going to happen to me; and my family; and my friends? Will I survive?”
Well, many of these emotions/feelings/sensings, although perhaps indeed not “mine” personally, came TO me, came THROUGH me, so that I could help clear this for humanity (maybe a small segment, maybe a large segment, maybe the whole segment… no matter). And it came to me because IT IS MINE to clear.
So I have just sent all of those Senators and the whole unemployment situation into a big beautiful fragrant rose, took it out over the ocean, and BLEW IT UP into a bright sparkly, 4th of July style rainbow colored shower of light, that blesses all humanity.
Ascension continues… (and if you don’t like it, you’re probably a hoser…)
